To adopt your new pet, a 50% of total purchase price deposit is required to reserve puppies  younger than 8 weeks.  Puppies cannot be shipped until at least 8 weeks old.  Puppies older than 8 weeks may be adopted and picked-up or shipped immediately, with the exception of some tiny Yorkies, where up to 12 weeks of age may be required before shipping.

Our puppies can be uniquely identified by microchip for their future safety, and for your piece of mind you are receiving the puppy you adopted.

Payment Options:  Paypal, Personal checks, and Cash.

Paypal is the prefered method of payment for out of state customers, but you may send a personal check if you desire; however, your puppy can not be reserved until your check has cleared your bank. For custumers opting to use paypal who aren't shipping, a 3% transaction fee is required. 

To use Paypal to make your payment, contact me and I will send you an e-invoice or send it directly to clearcreekpets@yahoo.com.

Note: Paypal payments are safe, secure, and instantaneous.  Paypal recipiants are verified and identified by established creditials so you know who is recieving your purchase.

We Do NOT ACCEPT: Wire transfers, Western Union, Money Grams, Cashiers checks, or Money orders. 

When we receive your deposit, we promptly will mail you the purchase agreement at bottom of this page along with your written guarantee.  You will sign both and return them to me.  After I have received the signed agreement, guarantee, remaining balance if any, and your puppy has reached eight weeks of age, I will make arrangements for your puppy to be shipped to you.

Placing a deposit for a puppy is entering into a contract to purchase the puppy  as to the terms of the agreement regardeless of whether it has been signed or returned.

For shipping anywhere in the US add $300.00 to purchase price of puppy. 

For overseas shipping contact me for pricing and availability.

Sometimes this fee can be discounted.  Call for availablility.

The following described puppy is under contract to purchase based on consideration for total price, by the buyer(s), and is hereby reserved exclusively by deposit for the buyer until date of pick-up.

Contract:  All sales are final. No exchanges or transfers of deposit to other puppies without the express consent of the breeder in a written amendment.  Breeder reserves the right to terminate this contract and sale of said puppy at any point before puppy is released to the buyer.  Buyer hereby agrees to pay balance in full on or before date of pick-up/shipping.  Under no circumstances will said puppy be released to the buyer until balance is paid in full.  If buyer fails to pay the balance as agreed herein by date of pick-up/shipping, this contract is void and buyer agrees to forever forfeit the deposit plus any subsequent payments totaling 50% of the total price, and all interest in said puppy due to present and/or future financial losses incurred by the breeder; including, but not limited to, lost potential buyers, extended boarding, veterinary care, time, costs, and fees associated with resale of the puppy, and decreased market value of an older puppy.

    Buyer’s deposit plus any subsequent payments up to 50% of total price are absolutely non-refundable except

and only under the following two conditions:  (1) The breeder is unable to deliver said puppy for any reason.  (2)  Breeder terminates contract.  In either event the breeder has no responsibility to the buyer other than refund of initial deposit plus any subsequent payments.  

Cost of Litigation:  In the event of any litigation over the terms herein, the cost of all legal fees for both parties will be absorbed entirely by the party who is found at fault by the court of jurisdiction of the breeder.
